Hellfire Curse is a level 1 spell. It is used by the Steel Watcher Titan. This ability allows the Steel Watcher to curse up to 3 targets, making them more susceptible to its crowd control. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Induce a spark of hellfire within a target to give them 
Disadvantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution

AoE: 6 m / 20 ft (Radius)
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

DC 16 Wisdom saving throw
- Hellfire roiling within this creature gives it Disadvantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution Saving throws.
