One of the few ways for elves to experience sleep. Other methods include taking narcotics and being hit very hard with a chair.

Unless interrupted, you gain the benefits of a Long Rest. All of the following are fully restored:
- All Hit Points
- All uses of Spell Slots
- All class ability uses
- Use of certain item actions that refresh on Long Rest
- Once-per-long-rest special Illithid Power dialogue options
Some positive Conditions, or effects from Spells – such as Longstrider or Elixir of Hill Giant Strength – are not removed upon consuming the potion.
This potion cannot be Thrown to trigger an AoE effect. Doing so will waste the potion.
