Create Water is a level 1 transmutation spell. This spell is a variant of Create WaterCreate Water that allows spellcasters to conjure an smaller, temporary area of water that rain from thin air and forms a water surface without expending a spell slot. Creatures standing in the area when the spell is cast will become WetWet.

Description

Call forth rain. It extinguishes exposed flames and forms a WaterWater surface.

Notes

  • Prior to Patch 6, this spell was available to Druids, Clerics and level 6 Storm Sorcery Sorcerers if you had unlocked level 2 spell slots.
  • This variant of Create WaterCreate Water creates a smaller area that only lasts 4 turns. It also inflicts WetWet for a shorter amount of time, but does not cost any spell slots.
