Ethel's Insect Plague

Ethel's Insect Plague is a level 5 conjuration spell. This spell allows Auntie Ethel to create a damaging, debilitating swarm of insects over a section of the battlefield. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Locusts attack everyone within range, make the area Difficult Terrain, and impose  Disadvantage on Perception Checks.

Ethel and her allies are immune to the effects.
