- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma saving throws for every turn remaining.
- When it fails a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma saving throw while having 5 or more turns of this condition remaining, the entity takes 1d4PsychicDRS damage and is no longer mentally fatigued.
- Mental Fatigue has a maximum Duration: 7 turns.
Notes
- The damage from Mental Fatigue is listed in the combat log as "Psychic Discharge".
- Despite the tooltip, Mental Fatigue can be stacked up to any arbitrary number on screen. The actual cap for the saving throw penalty is -20.
