A powdery narcotic that gives you a tingly feeling and turns your synapses to paste.

Effect

• When consumed, apply  The Terazul Jitters (Duration: 2 turns)

• You move faster but become exhausted after moving while under the frenetic influence of Terazul.
• Creature has a +2 bonus to  Armour Class,  Advantage on Dexterity  Saving Throws, its  Movement Speed increases by 9 m (30 ft), and it can take one additional  Action per turn.
• When the condition ends, the creature becomes  Lethargic.

Notes

• The effect of the drug is equivalent to  Hastened and can even stack with it. This quality makes it is useful at any difficulty level, and Honour mode in particular.
• Consuming the drug does not require a  Bonus Action unlike most other consumables.
• Consuming the drug when  The Terazul Jitters reaches one stack and all actions are depleted, similarly to  Potion of Speed, allows for effective permanent effect. However, since it loses one stack at the beginning of a turn and gets two stacks total, it must be consumed every turn to keep this effect. Incidentally, stacking this condition with  Hastened means the character always ends up spending a turn with both conditions at one stack, only able to refresh one of them, and thus cannot avoid skipping a turn due to  Lethargic.
