The Spellsparkler is a rare Quarterstaff that allows the wielder to generate Lightning Charges upon dealing damage with spells.

Yrre the Sparkstruck intended to give the Spellsparkler to Lenore, a cleric of Mystra and old lover. But when the gnome returned to the cleric's tower, they found it empty - inhabited only by dust and abandoned experiments.

Notes

• The Spellsparkler is one of three possible quest rewards. The other two are  The Joltshooter and  The Sparky Points.

Notes included from Electric Veins:

• The Electric Veins feature applies once per attack, meaning multi-hit spells like  Magic Missile,  Scorching Ray, and  Eldritch Blast will generate Lightning Charges for each hit. Spells which hit multiple targets at one time will not generate multiple charges.
