Overview
Fraygo's Flophouse is a bunkhouse just inside and to the west of the southern entrance to Wyrm's Crossing.

Dalyria and Pale Petras can be found arguing on the first floor. Interacting with them will progress Astarion's personal quest, The Pale Elf.
Hidden room
Up a ladder on the second floor X: -12 Y: 87 is an attic with a red wardrobe X: -17 Y: 82 which can be opened with the Flowery Key.
A successful 
DC 10 Perception check followed by a DC 10 Investigation check allows the player to spot blood by the bed and find Ffion Goldgrind's body.
