Icy Regurgitation is a action available to Thisobald Thorm while he has the condition Cold Reflux. He vomits up an ice cloud in an area and becomes slightly more inebriated.

Description

A sip from the Brewer's special booze causes him to vomit ice that can Chill Chill those it hits.
