Companion's Bond is a Beast Master Ranger passive feature that enhances your companion.

Description

Your Ranger's Companions Ranger's Companions receive a bonus to Armour Class Armour Class, damage, and Attack rolls (even though this is not stated) equal to your Proficiency Bonus Proficiency Bonus.
