Whirlwind Attack is a Hunter Ranger class action. This ability allows Hunters to attack an aoe radius with their melee attack rather than a single target.
Description
Strike out at all nearby foes, making separate Attack Rolls against each target.

Notes
- This is used essentially in place of a normal melee attack. It cannot hit party members, but it will hit other friendly NPCs. Otherwise, there is no drawback to using this over a normal melee attack.
- The radius is 2 m while the corresponding ranged attack Volley has a radius of 3 m.
- Extra Reach does not increase the radius of Whirlwind.
- Some properties of items are applied to every creature which is hit, but some are applied only to a single creature.
- There does not seem to be a simple rule which is hit if only a single creature is hit.
- It is not obvious which properties apply to every and which only to a single creature.
