Thindo Vintervur is a lightfoot halfling member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.
Involvement
If entering the Iron Throne, Enver Gortash triggers explosions that collapse the building. Thindo is trapped alone in the southern-most cell. Once freed, he dashes towards the Submersible to escape.

Thindo only uses Dash as an action. It is applied in conjunction with the 
condition when his cage is opened.
