Blade of Rime is an Action that allows the , whose subclass is to use their equivalent of Ice Knife. This skill is not affected by Silenced.
Description
Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold to anyone nearby. It leaves an ice surface.
This spell can be cast while you are Silenced.
