Description
Link yourself to a target with a bolt of lightning. Deal an additional 1d12Lightning each turn by activating it.
As of Patch 6, Witch Bolt cannot be twin cast with Metamagic: Twinned Spell. However, this restriction does not apply when upcasting the spell to level 2 or higher.
