Carrying capacity is the total weight your characters can carry. If a character carries more weight then their carrying capacity they will become Encumbered Encumbered or Heavily Encumbered Heavily Encumbered.

Change carrying capacity

A characters carrying capacity is determined by their Strength with the formula (kg): 40 + 10*Strength. Any change in your strength will immediately change your carrying capacity too.
