Stillmaker is a very rare, moderately enchanted (+2) variant of the Daggers family of weapons that grants the wielder the  Hold Person spell.

The dagger's twisting blade is designed to nick the flesh as many times as possible, allowing its paralytic poison to flow effortlessly into any unfortunate target.

Where to find

Found in a hole X: 67 Y: -1018 in the area underneath the Open Hand Temple. A successful DC5 Perception check is needed to spot it. The hole is just at the top of the cragged rock and can be easy to miss. There is blood right next to the hole.
