A uniquely-named version of this bear can be found in the Campsite if Karlach is recruited as a Companion. An alternate textured version can also be found in various locations.

In Act One:

• On rare occasions, looted from a Goblin Brawler after the Emerald Grove Gate fight. Unlike the others, this sprite appears worn and patched up, and the description differs slightly:
  ”This bear - oft-torn and repaired - seems one good squeeze away from crumbling into mouldered stuffing and threadbare patchwork”.
• Dropped by Sharp-Eye Gruz in Shattered Sanctum.
• On a Dead Goblin Raider near the Frightened Ox in Waukeen's Rest (X:-116 Y:602).
• A Stuffed Bear Container can be found in Sunlit Wetlands (X:81 Y:318).
• Sold by Mol after defeating the goblins and talking to Zevlor, but before the celebration at camp with the tieflings. (X:187, Y:-474)

In Act Two:

• In a Traveller's Chest in Ruined Battlefield (X:137 Y:66).
• In a bird's nest in the rafters of the House of Healing (X:-201 Y:-8).

In Act Three:

• In the garden south of Lady Jannath's Estate.
• In a crate in the Requisitioned Barn.
