- Stab an enemy and possibly inflict . ( Recharge: Short rest.)

- Sharran Sanctuary X: 249 Y: -847: On an altar in a hidden room at the bottom of the sanctuary
Notes
- Picking up the dagger spawns three highly powerful sentinels that attack the party.
- The fight with sentinels is still triggered if the dagger is moved from the altar. Doing so also prevents the party from picking up the dagger at all, even after defeating the sentinels.
- Picking up the dagger grants the inspiration A Dark Edge for party members with the Criminal background and Ruthless Craftsmanship for party members with the Guild Artisan background.
- Picking up the dagger is disapproved of by Shadowheart (-1), unless she does this herself.
- As with most weapons, the extra elemental damage (in this case, 1d4 Necrotic) is not applied if Thrown.
