Human

Humans are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They are one of the most populous races in Faerûn, exhibiting a versatile range of skills rather than any one mastery.

The most common face to see in Faerûn, humans are known for their tenacity, creativity, and endless capacity for growth.

Default Human appearances

• Base Racial Speed: You can move 9 m / 30 ft per turn.
•  Civil Militia: You gain Proficiency in the following:
  • Weapon Proficiency:  Pikes,  Spears,  Halberds,  Glaives.
  • Armour Proficiency: Light armour, Shields.
•  Human Versatility:
  • You gain additional Proficiency in a Skill of your choosing.
  • Your Carrying Capacity is increased by a quarter.
