Tracker Bal is a goblin stationed at the checkpoint just before the entrance of the Goblin Camp in Act One.

Involvement

Act One

Bal can be found at the checkpoint that connects Blighted Village to the Goblin Camp as part of  Sentinel Olak's crew, positioned on a platform toward the south of the entrance.

If the talking party member has  War Paint on their face, Bal comments that it suits them.
