Burning Hands

Burning Hands is a level 1 evocation spell. It allows spellcasters to shoot a flaming cone from their fingertips and deal Fire damage to enemies.

Description

Each flammable target is hit with 3d6Fire damage.

How to learn

Classes:

• Class level 1: Sorcerer, Wizard, The Fiend, Light Domain, and Draconic Bloodline (Red/Fire)
• Class level 3: Arcane Trickster, and Eldritch Knight

Races:

• Character level 3: Mephistopheles Tiefling

(Character level is the sum of all class levels for a multi-classed character.)

Granted by features:

•  Magic Initiate: Sorcerer
•  Magic Initiate: Wizard

Other ways to learn:

• Wizards can scribe a Scroll of Burning Hands to their spellbooks.

Notes

• The incantation for Burning Hands is Ardē, the Latin command "burn/blaze!"
