Notes

and will overwrite any existing dip or coating. - Isn't triggered by healing effect from Shattered Flail Yeenoghu's Gift passive ability.
- Triggers each round from healing with Helm of Balduran when at full life.
- The duration of the extra poison damage is neither stated in the item description nor in-game when applied. It lasts for 2 turns after it is applied.
Bugs
- As of Patch #5, this item correctly applies 1d6Poison rather than the previously bugged 1d4Poison.
