Notes
- Venomous Revenge applies to both melee and ranged weapons, but, as with all poison coatings, its effect does not work when a weapon is Thrown.
- The effect is triggered even with full health or when being picked up from a Downed state.
- The effect is triggered by:
- being targeted by any healing spell, like Healing Word.
- consuming any healing items, like a Potion of Healing, a Goodberry, or a Raspberry.
- all equipment with continuous regeneration effects: the Helm of Balduran and Ring of Regeneration.
- healing effects from the Derivation Cloak and Armour of Landfall.
- The effect is not triggered by:
- Most self-healing effects from equipment: Shattered Flail, Sword of Chaos, Woe, Robe of the Weave, Psionic Ward Armour, Vest of Soul Rejuvenation, Circlet of Mental Anguish, or Wapira's Crown.
- Healing from Transfuse Health.
- This effect interacts in the following ways with dipping and coatings:
- The effect overwrites Dipped in Fire and vice versa.
- The effect does not trigger for an already coated weapon (e.g. Drow Poison).
- Coatings overwrite the effect.
