Chromatic Orb is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to fire a ball of energy and deal the desired damage type to enemies.
Description
Hurl a sphere of energy.
It deals 3d8
Thunder damage, or 2d8 
Acid, 
Cold, 
Fire, 
Lightning or 
Poison damage and creates a surface.

At higher levels
- Upcast: Casting this spell at a higher level deals an extra
1d8 damage of the chosen type for each Spell Slot Level above 1st.

How to learn
Classes:
- Class Level 3: Arcane Trickster , and Eldritch Knight
- Class Level 6: College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)
- Class Level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
Other ways to learn:
- Also granted to Warlocks who choose the Eldritch Invocation
at level 7+. When gained in this way, the spell can be cast once per Long Rest and doesn't expend Spell Slots.
