Blade Ward is a cantrip (Abjuration). It allows spellcasters to become more resilient against physical damage.
Description
Take only half the damage from 
Bludgeoning, 
Piercing, and 
Slashing attacks.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

- Has Resistance against Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.

- Character level 1: High Elf, and High Half-Elf
