Carrying capacity is the total weight your characters can carry. If a character carries more weight then their carrying capacity they will become Encumbered Encumbered or Heavily Encumbered Heavily Encumbered.

Change carrying capacity

Determined by the character's Strength, with the formula 40 + (Strength * 10) (multiplied by 2 if using the Imperial System of Measurement). Any change in your Strength will immediately change your carrying capacity, too.

This value is then modified by the single highest value (multiple sources do not stack; only the highest applies, thus making Humans effectively immune to carrying capacity reductions) in the following table;
