Fire Resistance when consumed.
Pleasantly cool to the touch. A layer of frost coats the inside of the bottle.

Effect
- Consume the potion to gain Resistance to Fire damage and immunity to Burning.
Throw the potion to grant Resistance to Fire damage and immunity to 
Burning for all creatures in a small radius
