False Life is a level 1 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters to gain Temporary Hit Points.
Description
Bolster yourself with a necromantic facsimile of life to gain 7 Temporary Hit Points.
Can only have Temporary Hit Points from one source.

At higher levels
Upcast: Casting this spell at a higher level yields an extra 5 Temporary Hit Points for each Spell Slot Level above 1st.Condition: False Life

7+5for each spell slot level above the first Temporary Hit Points.
How to learn
Classes:
- Class Level 3: Arcane Trickster Rogue , and Eldritch Knight Fighter
- Class Level 6: College of Lore Bard via Magical Secrets
- Class Level 10: Bard via Magical Secrets
Notes
- Also granted to Warlocks who choose the Eldritch Invocation
at level 2+. When gained in this way, the spell can be cast at will and doesn't expend Spell Slots.
