Fear

Fear is a Level 3 Illusion Spell. This spell allows spellcasters to terrify targets by projecting phantasmal images.

"Project a phantasmal image so frightening it makes targets drop whatever they are holding and become Fearful. If the target ends their turn where they can't see you, they can make another Saving Throw to shake off their fear."

• Has Disadvantage on Ability Checks and Attack Rolls.
• Must run from the source of its fear, and cannot take any additional Actions.
• Targets can make a Saving Throw to shake off this effect if they end their turn out of sight from their source of fear.
• Effect Type: Frightened.

Disarmed Duration: 1 turn

• The affected entity drops its weapon to the ground.
