Potion of Speed is a uncommon Utility Potion that grants the Hastened condition when consumed.
This solution ripples and splashes of its own accord, almost like it's trying to escape the bottle.

Effect
- Consume the potion become Hastened.
Duration: 3 turns- When the condition ends, target becomes Lethargic, and is unable to Move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions for 1 turn.
This potion can alternatively be thrown.
Action
Throw the potion to cause all creatures within a small radius to become Hastened.
AoE: 1 m / 3 ft (Radius)- Duration: 3 turns
- When the condition ends, targets become Lethargic, and are unable to Move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions for 1 turn.
