Dethrone is a level 5 necromancy spell. It is a unique spell which deals a devastating amount of ⁠Necrotic damage to a single target. Only wizards can learn this spell by transcribing it from a unique scroll.

Notes

• The save DC for this spell is always 18, regardless of the caster's actual spell save DC.
  • The DC remains 18 even when transcribed into and cast from a wizard's spellbook.
• This spell can only be cast once per long rest, even when cast for free using a feature like  Arcane Battery or  Freecast.
• With a range of 30 m / 100 ft, this spell has the longest range in the game.
