Flurry of Moths: Mighty Blinding Swarm is a free reaction available to Swarmkeeper rangers who have chosen the Flurry of Moths. It can be triggered once per turn when hitting an enemy to potentially blind it. It is the upgraded version of Flurry of Moths: Blinding Swarm unlocked at level 11 with Mighty Swarm.

• Affected entity's  Movement Speed is halved, and its  Armour Class and Dexterity  Saving Throws are reduced by 2.
• The entity can't take  Reactions^{[See Notes]} or make more than 1 attack per turn,^{[See: Bugs]} and can only take either an  Action or a  Bonus Action.
• Spells cast might be delayed for 1 turn.^{[See: Bugs]}

Notes

• The  Blinded condition only lasts 1 turn and ends at the start of the enemy's turn. This means it will not affect the enemy for even a single turn.

Bugs

• A hidden technical condition, which is responsible for applying a visual effect to targets, triggers the passives from  Boots of Stormy Clamour,  Coldbrim Hat, and  Diadem of Arcane Synergy when a target successfully rolls a saving throw against this reaction.
