Creatures have  Disadvantage on  Saving Throws against your necromancy spells.

How to learn

Granted by the weapons:

• Hollow's Staff
• Staff of Cherished Necromancy

Used by creatures:

• Lucretious, Mystic Carrion

• Any Necromancy spell that has a saving throw benefits from Heightened Necromancy. These are:

  •  Blindness

  •  Ray of Fear
  •  Wounding Ray
  •  Bestow Curse

  •  Eyebite
  •  Harm
