Creatures have  Disadvantage on  Saving Throws against your necromancy spells.

Granted by the weapons:

• Hollow's Staff
• Staff of Cherished Necromancy

Used by creatures:

• Lucretious, Mystic Carrion

Notes

• Relevant Necromancy spells for Heightened Necromancy include  Toll the Dead,  Ray of Sickness,  Blindness,  Bestow Curse,  Blight,  Circle of Death,  Eyebite, and  Harm.
