Staff of Cherished Necromancy

Staff of Cherished Necromancy is a very rare +2 Quarterstaff which greatly enhances Necromancy spells and can use a dead creature's essence to cast a Necromancy spell without costing a spell slot.
Unlike their father, Thibault, Cherish Hollow was not afraid of zombies. Cherish was afraid of sharks, liquorice, wallpaper, Netherese artifacts, hats (large), the outdoors, the indoors, hats (small), and milk pails. Zombies were a bloody picnic.

Notes
Regarding Heightened Necromancy:
- Relevant Necromancy spells for Heightened Necromancy include Toll the Dead, Ray of Sickness, Blindness, Bestow Curse, Blight, Circle of Death, Eyebite, and Harm.
Regarding Life Essence Harvest:
- Life Essence Harvest has no cooldown and can be triggered without limit.
- Killing a creature with a spell granted from Life Essence does not provide a new charge of Life Essence.
- Indirect spell damage from sources like Spirit Guardians does not provide a charge of Life Essence when killing a hostile creature.
- Per the
GreaterNecromancySpellFilter() .khnscript, this effect is intended to allow the casting of an extra Necromancy spell only if the spell level is equal to or lower than the number of Life Essence turns the wielder has. However, this restriction is currently non-functional, and any level of Necromancy spell can be cast using the effect. Though none of the tooltips explicitly mention this functionality, Life Essence displays the number of turns the wielder has on its tooltip.
Bugs
Regarding Life Essence Harvest:
- The effect of this passive is consumed if active when the character casts a cantrip from the Necromancy school, despite the cantrip not being highlighted in the character's cast bar.
