Notes
- When the Hastened effect ends, affected creatures normally receive the Lethargic condition, causing them to miss their next turn.
- Chain quaffing a second Potion of Speed can forestall the Lethargic condition for a few more turns, but be sure to expend all normal actions before using the Potion of Speed with e.g. the very last Bonus Action, as any unexpended actions will be immediately lost.
