Notes
- Although the tooltip indicates this ability is a class action, it functions as a free action - in line with that of a Steel Watcher Titan's similar functioning Self-Detonate (Steel Watcher Titan), due to it being triggered by a game script.
Bugs
- Despite the tooltip stating the explosion ignores resistance to Fire damage, only when used by Hellfire Watchers is this the case.
- Combat logs show no record of a DEX saving throw. Characters with Evasion appear to always take half damage; characters without a comparable passive take full damage (subject to resistance). Resistance and evasion can stack for quarter damage for normal Steel Watchers only. Reactions such as Shield Master: Block will never trigger.
