Self-Detonate is a free action used by Steel Watcher (creature). This ability detonates the Steel Watcher, dealing heavy 
Fire damage that ignores resistances and immunities. This ability also triggers if the Steel Watcher is brought to 0 Hit Points.

Explode in a burst of raging hellfire - eliminate all nearby wrongdoers.
Hellfire ignores Resistance and Immunity to Fire damage.
