Notes

• The boots effect is triggered even by casting concentration cantrips, like  True Strike or  Resistance.
• The effect is not triggered by most concentrations spells allowing free recast. Tested with:  Hex,  Hunter's Mark,  Moonbeam,  Heat Metal,  Call Lightning and  Vampiric Touch.
• The exception known to trigger this ability multiple times is  Cloudkill. It is possible to move the cloud every turn without expending spell slots and trigger this ability.
