Wild Magic: Slow

Wild Magic: Slow is a Wild Magic Sorcerer free action which is randomly used when triggered by a  Wild Magic roll; it places the  Slowed condition on the user as per the  Slow spell, reducing their  Armour Class, Dexterity, Saving Throws and  Actions.
