- Passing a Nature check provides dialogue details about the nature of the mushrooms.
- Baelen Bonecloak is found trapped in a large field of bibberbang in the quest, Find the Mushroom Picker.
- In the Bibberbang Grotto, the nearby Noblestalk is a Story item that will be destroyed by cascading explosions if the spores of these bibberbang are exposed to any open flame.
