Ray of Frost is a cantrip (Evocation). It deals Cold damage to the target and slows it down.
Description
Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 3 m / 10 ft.

- Casting this spell on a Wet target causes double damage due to Vulnerability.
- The incantation for Ray of Frost is Glacies, Latin for "ice."
