Daylight is a level 3 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to dispel darkness by summoning a sphere of light or enchanting an item to shine like the sun.

Condition: Daylight
Duration: Until Long rest
- Shining with the light of the sun. Dispels Darkness within a radius of
15 m / 50 ft.
- The Enchant Item version of this spell requires the target creature have a Weapon in their main hand.
How to learn
Classes:
- Class level 5: Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Light Domain (Domain Spell), and Circle of the Land (Grassland)
- Class level 6: College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)
- Class level 9: Ranger, and Paladin
- Class level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
Notes
- Exposing Duergar, Drow and other NPCs to either variant of this spell will trigger Sunlight Sensitivity they typically have in outdoor daylight, but it will not cause Sussur Blooms to wither while in the Underdark.
