Haste is a level 3 transmutation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to allow their allies to become Hastened.
Description
Target yourself or an ally to become Hastened. The creature has a +2 bonus to 
Armour Class, 
Advantage on Dexterity 
Saving throws, its Movement Speed is doubled, and can take one additional Action per turn.
When the condition ends, the creature becomes Lethargic.

Concentration
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Hastened
Duration: 10 turns
- Target gains +2 to Armour Class and Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws.
