Trident of the Waves is a +1 Trident. It creates a Water surface around the target and also applies the Wet condition.
Umberlee, the goddess of the sea, is deeply capricious, intelligent, and not nearly as wet around the edges as her domain might suggest. She often demands sacrificial tribute from sailors, such as their ships, their cargo, and, while she's at it, them.

Weapon actions
If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:
- Rush Attack ()
- Charge forward and attack the first enemy in your way, possibly pushing them . ( Recharge: Short rest.)
- Piercing Strike ()
- Stab an enemy and possibly inflict . ( Recharge: Short rest.)
- Disarming Strike ()
- Focus your attack on your foe's hands and possibly force them to drop the weapons they are holding. ( Recharge: Short rest.)

Notes
- The water surface is not applied when the weapon is Thrown.
Bugs
- This weapon's game code indicates it should deal an additional 1d4Cold damage, but is not present when acquired normally; the extra damage can still be acquired by recruiting a hireling, having them equip the trident, dismissing them to the Fugue Plane, and then recruiting them again. The version of the trident the hireling spawns back with has the additional 1d4Cold damage.
