The wearer of this item gains:

Whenever the wearer is healed, their weapon becomes coated in magic and deals an additional 1d6Damage TypesPoison damage.

Where to find

  • * Act One: Looted from Kagha either by killing or by knocking her unconscious with non-lethal attacks.
  • Act Two: Looted from Balthazar either by killing or by knocking him unconscious with non-lethal attacks.
  • Act Three: A third can be found in the Watch Citadel in The High Hall, on a table of goods owned by Koll.

Notes

  • Effect is triggered by healing potions, as well as being helped from being Downed.
  • As of Patch #5, this item correctly applies 1d6Damage TypesPoison rather than the previously bugged 1d4Damage TypesPoison.
  • Effect is the same as Dip Dip and will overwrite any existing dip or coating.
  • Isn't triggered by healing effect from Shattered Flail Yeenoghu's Gift passive ability.
  • Triggers each round from healing with Helm of Balduran when at full life.
  • The duration of the extra poison damage is neither stated in the item description nor in-game when applied. It lasts for 2 turns after it is applied.
