Lookout Grush is a goblin stationed at the Shattered Sanctum in Act One. He and Torturer SpikeTorturer Spike interrogate LiamLiam next to the Bloodied Shrine.

Act One edit

When approached, a cutscene plays out where Spike is torturing Liam, and he asks the party to join him. The party can join and take over the interrogation, force Grush and Spike to leave using their Illithid tadpole, or lie to them that they have been relieved of their duties.

If the party torture Liam such that he reveals the Emerald Grove's location, Grush informs MintharaMinthara, who prepares an assault on the Grove. After informing Minthara, Grush moves to where AbdirakAbdirak is and loiters.

If witnessing a party member undergo the pain ritual, Spike claims, that he needs to "see it again" and commands Grush to undergo the ritual as well. The party can humorously watch as Grush takes hit after hit, eventually succumbing and getting Knocked OutKnocked Out.
