Sphere of Elemental Balance: Cold is an action that allows a Way of the Four Elements monk to launch a sphere of ⁠Cold elemental energy which damages the target and leaves an ice surface behind. This action is the monk's equivalent of  Chromatic Orb: Cold.

• A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
  • A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.
