Notes

• The ingame tooltip does not specify the damage type, but it is Radiant.
• The Callous Glow effect requires the target to be standing in a light level of  Clear Area.
• Actions and spells that deals multiple instances of damage, like  Flurry of Blows,  Magic Missile, or  Scorching Ray will apply the additional damage for every instance.
• The 2Radiant damage is added to almost all damage sources originating from the wearer.
  • Examples include  Phalar Aluve: Shriek,  Void Bulb,  Electrified Surface, self-damage from  Psionic Overload (as of 4.1.1.3905231).
