Buthir is an Ogre NPC in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. She can be found in the Blighted Village with her companion Grukkoh.

Act One

Buthir is found in a barn just outside the Blighted Village, where she and Grukkoh are enjoying a private moment. Should the player interrupt, a cut scene will trigger, after which they will both become hostile.

Buthir's Wrath

If Grukkoh dies, Buthir gains Buthir's Wrath.
