Grukkoh is an Bugbear NPC in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. He can be found in the Blighted Village with his companion Buthir.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Grukkoh is found in a barn just outside the Blighted Village, where he and Buthir are enjoying a private moment. Should the player interrupt, a cut scene will trigger, after which they will both become hostile.

The player can avoid combat with the pair if they are either a Barbarian or a Bard, and pass a Skill Check, with the Bard suggesting the residents of Baldur's Gate would pay well for Bugbear-Ogre smut, while the Barbarian mocks Grukkoh's "puny rutting."

  • Prior to Hotfix #16 it was possible to Trade with Grukkoh, mid-copulation, while talking through the Shabby Wooden Doors.
  • Killing Grukkoh grants 20 experience which cannot be granted through dialogue.
