Nessa will try to lead the player into an ambush with Yurgir. If the player chooses (or pretends) to help Yurgir, Nessa can later be spoken to using Speak with Animals.

Investigating the spider carcass in the room adjacent to Yurgir's reveals that Nessa has been charmed with succubus spittle into being Yurgir's lover. Using this information, she can be persuaded into fighting Yurgir with the player.
